ENTRY FORM DETAILS

Include one short biography introducing the participants (animals and humans!) and why they are competing.

Please upload your video to any file storage or video hosting service (Google Drive, One Drive, Youtube, Vimeo, etc.) then send the shared URL in the form.

Download and complete this photo/video release. You may fill it out on your computer with most any PDF reader (like Adobe Reader) then ‘Save As…’ and attach it to the form. You may also print, write in, and scan before sending back.
